Atlantic Health System provides a wide range of comprehensive home care and rehabilitation services to help reduce anxiety and stress, and ensure you get the care you need.

Atlantic Health System Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Services

For patients who require intensive multidisciplinary therapy, our evaluation and treatment programs begin on the day of admission. Conditions requiring inpatient therapy may include:

• Stroke, Parkinson's disease and other neurologic disorders
• Major multiple trauma
• Traumatic brain injury
• Orthopedic injury

Atlantic Health System Inpatient Subacute Rehabilitation Services

We provide skilled nursing services and multidisciplinary rehabilitation for patients who need higher levels of rehabilitation and care after hospitalization.

Atlantic Health System Outpatient Rehabilitation

After returning home from the hospital setting, you may need outpatient rehabilitation therapeutic services. They are available at a variety of Atlantic Rehabilitation locations, as well as Atlantic Sports Health Physical Therapy. Services include:

• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Speech-language therapy
• Swallowing therapy (dysphagia program)
• Stroke wellness
• Brainworks cognitive rehabilitation
• Post-rehabilitation physical activity
• Hearing testing
• Vestibular rehabilitation

Our screened, bonded, insured professionals, hand chosen for you or your loved one’s needs, will provide care in homes and facilities. Our services include:
