Executive Health Examinations

Pre-Examination

A few weeks prior to your scheduled physical with Atlantic Health System's Executive Health Program (EHP), we’ll ask you to visit our location in Morristown, NJ, so our clinical team can perform lab work and document your medical history as part of an intake assessment. The EHP physician panel will use this information to customize the diagnostic tests and specialist consultations on the day of your exam to your specific needs.

Examination

When you arrive at our private concierge medicine facility, a personal guide will usher you through the process and a board-certified internal medicine physician will coordinate care. This may include:

• A consult with a team of health care specialists chosen to address specific health needs
• Tests and preventive screenings based on lab work, age markers, medical history, family history and genetic findings, where applicable
• A review of results with the coordinating physician and recommendations for nutrition, exercise, stress management and follow-up, all based on lifestyle and risk factors

At the conclusion of the exam, a car service will take you home.

Post-Examination

About a week after the full-day examination, you will be mailed a binder that includes a detailed report of your visit with test results and recommendations clearly outlined. Upon request, this information can be sent directly to your personal physicians or provided electronically via an encrypted thumb drive.
