Atlantic Health System offers COVID-19 testing for patients with and without symptoms at many locations. No appointment needed.
- Asymptomatic COVID-19 testing is available without a prescription for New Jersey residents over age 1. If the patient is not a New Jersey resident or is under age 1, a prescription is required.
- Symptomatic COVID-19 testing requires a prescription at most locations. If you need a prescription, contact your primary care physician, visit an urgent care center or schedule a telehealth visit. If you don’t have a primary care physician, find a doctor in your area >
Unless otherwise indicated, testing is open to adult and pediatric patients.
- If you are experiencing serious COVID symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, pressure in the chest, confusion, or a bluish discoloration in the skin or nail beds, seek immediate medical assistance.
