The Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship Program at Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center is committed to investigating the latest advancements and treatments in the field of urogynecology. Our fellows are required by ABOG and ACGME to develop and complete a research project for their written thesis (ideally a randomized controlled trial). However, our fellows consistently develop and work on a multitude of studies throughout the program, with the aim that each will lead to a publishable manuscript.
Through the Atlantic Center for Research, our institution offers a great deal of support to its investigators, including a full-time biostatistician. Additionally, our division employs a full-time clinical research coordinator to support these endeavors.
